Did you know? Indonesia’s education system is one of the largest in the world, serving 52 million students across 400,000 schools. But despite its scale, it faces a critical challenge! By 2024, Indonesia faced a shortage of 1.3 million teachers. Meanwhile, millions of students struggle with high learning poverty. Without the right support, these children risk falling further behind.

At the same time, 64.16 million young people aged 16 to 30 (nearly a quarter of the population) are stepping into a world that demands critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability. Yet, our education system still prioritizes memorization over practical skills, leaving many unprepared to navigate the workforce or create their own opportunities.

With these facts, imagine this: a classroom full of eager students but no qualified teachers to guide them. A child struggling to learn with no access to extra support. A young person with big dreams but no clear path to turn ideas into reality. Schools that continue to emphasize rote learning while the world moves forward with innovation, entrepreneurship, and social impact. If we don’t act now, the gap will only widen, leaving millions behind.
