Developing Youth as Responsible Innovators and Changemakers
The Youth Development Program at SociopreneurID is designed to equip young people with entrepreneurial mindsets, leadership capacity, and social awareness to address real societal and environmental challenges. Rather than focusing solely on skills acquisition, the program emphasizes responsibility, systems thinking, and action-oriented learning.
Through structured learning journeys, youth participants are encouraged to translate local challenges into meaningful solutions that align with inclusive and sustainable development.
Program Rationale
Young people today face a rapidly changing landscape shaped by technological disruption, environmental challenges, and social inequality. While access to education has expanded, many youth still lack opportunities to connect learning with real-world problem-solving, ethical decision-making, and meaningful civic engagement.
The Youth Development Program was established to address this gap by reframing entrepreneurship as a mindset for initiative, collaboration, and value creation. Through experiential learning and community-based engagement, SociopreneurID supports youth in developing the capacity to design context-driven solutions and contribute responsibly to inclusive and sustainable development.
